Liverpool and Milan in semis

Liverpool beat PSV Eindhoven 1-0 in a low-key encounter on Wednesday successfully setting up an all-English Champions League semi-final with Chelsea. Peter
Crouch's fifth goal in four games scored the winner. Crouch scored shortly after
Marcellis's dismissal with a clinical close-range 67th minute volley from Robbie Fowler's cut back.
In another match, Coolly who took goals from Clarence Seedorf and Filippo Inzaghi saw AC Milan register a 2-0 win over Bayern Munich. They edged ahead in the 27th minute when Kaka slipped a pass to Seedorf, who turned on the edge of the area and beat Oliver Kahn. Milan has moved into the Champions League semi-finals on a 4-2 aggregate on Wednesday.
Liverpool will now face Chelsea in a repeat of the 2005 semi-final that Benitez's side won 1-0 on aggregate before going on to lift the trophy in Istanbul by beating AC Milan on penalties.
The possibility of a repeat of that final is also alive after Milan saw off Bayern Munich 2-0 in Munich for a 4-2 aggregate victory. Milan meets Manchester United in the other semi.
